We are a licensed mobile food stall, bringing the best of Indian food to your event or party. We provide catering at your location or delivery, as you wish. Vinny is passionate about bringing authentic Indian cuisine to the food truck format. We serve delicious, healthy food prepared from premium quality fresh vegetables and meat. We are 100% New Zealand owned and use local ingredients wherever possible, but of course some of the spices are imported to give the unique Indian flavour. We support local organic produce where possible and source our imported products from fair trade suppliers.

Our indian specialities are samosas, roti rolls, fresh naan bread, curry'n'rice and a variety of other Indian and international food. Curries, lunch specials, buffets or banquets. Also yoghurt salads, and desserts. We cater to all occasions from children’s parties to lavish weddings. We provide the opportunity to create a menu in consultation with you to suit your budget and requirements. We cater to all group sizes, whether its 5 people or 300.
Vinny is originally from India and previously worked as a school teacher in Auckland. She is now doing what she loves the most, cooking great Indian food to share with others. Chris was a software engineer in a previous life and loves fishing and DIY. He is the craftsman behind the food truck and, as a born and bred local, helps Vinny adapt her recipes to the food truck format. For larger catering they have a crew of 5 Indian chefs and helpers so they can cater for up to 300 people. Together they make a team which can't be beaten.
